НЕЛЕКАРСТВЕННЫЕ МЕТОДЫ В ТЕРАПИИ ПОСЛЕРОДОВОЙ ДЕПРЕССИИ

Аннотация

Около 85 % родильниц страдает различными формами послеродовых психических расстройств. В статье рассмотрены современные представления о патофизиологии послеродовой депрессии у матерей, важной роли грудного вскармливания у детей, органы-мишени, вовлечённые в процесс послеродовой депрессии и методы применяемой терапии патологического процесса в настоящее время. Отсутствие лечения материнской послеродовой депрессии может привести к существенной заболеваемости новорожденных, которая затрагивает многие органы и системы, а негативные последствия являются необратимыми, если лечение начато слишком поздно. Послеродовая депрессия у детей может привести к поведенческим отклонениям и дефектам обучаемости, нарушениям вегетативной нервной системы, росту заболеваемости, нарушениям физического развития. Нефармакологические методы, при лечении легкой и средней форм тяжести послеродовой депрессии, включают иглорефлексотерапию, ароматерапию, музыкотерапию и светотерапию. Эффективность этих методов в снижении материнских симптомов депрессии соответствует лекарственным, но обладают минимальным риском и полезны для здоровья, как матери, так и вскармливаемого грудью младенца. Использование немедикаментозных методов в лечении послеродовой депрессии материнско-детской диады представляется перспективным уже на ранних стадиях развития заболевания.
