ОЦЕНКА ПРОГНОСТИЧЕСКИХ АЛЛЕРГОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ РИСКОВ ВКЛЮЧЕНИЯ РАСТИТЕЛЬНЫХ ЭКСТРАКТОВ В СОСТАВ ЛЕКАРСТВЕННЫХ ПРЕПАРАТОВ И СПЕЦИАЛИЗИРОВАННЫХ ПИЩЕВЫХ ПРОДУКТОВ ДЛЯ БОЛЬНЫХ САХАРНЫМ ДИАБЕТОМ 2 ТИПА

Аннотация

С учетом международных рекомендаций по прогностической оценке безопасности растительных препаратов и специализированных пищевых продуктов проведена предварительная информационная оценка потенциальных аллергологических рисков использования 13 лекарственных растений - перспективных источников лекарственных препаратов и фитонутриентов для специализированных пищевых продуктов для больных сахарным диабетом. Из 13 наиболее часто используемых в традиционных рецептурных справочниках отечественных лекарственных растений для лечения сахарного диабета прогностически наиболее безопасными источниками фитонутриентов (в части их аллергологических и токсикологических рисков) являются листья и побеги черники обыкновенной.
