Abstract

Поиск новых ЛС природного происхождения с принципиально иными механизмами действия обусловлен ограниченной эффективностью препаратов, созданных путем химического синтеза. Индукция каскада реакций системы комплемента относится к одному из центральных звеньев врожденного иммунитета, который способствует активации лейкоцитов, облегчает фагоцитоз микробов, а также напрямую участвует в элиминации внеклеточных возбудителей. Очищенный человеческий С1-эстеразный ингибитор (С1И) в высоких дозах обладает органопротективным и противовоспалительным действием. В работе использован принципиально новый путь исследования механизма действия препаратов, который имеет определенные перспективы при изучении механизмов действия лекарственных средств природного происхождения. Предложенные пути изучения механизма действия С1-эстеразного ингибитора могут быть использованы при объективизации эффективности лечебных средств традиционной (народной) медицины.
