Abstract

The publication justifies possibility of correct clinical research in frame of informational approach to diagnostics and therapy from point of view of evidence based medicine. Terms low-variability and closed algorithms of diagnostics and therapy were introduced. We demonstrate that use of closed low-variability algorithms of diagnostics and therapy in frame of informational approach is a strong methodological analogue of medicament therapy protocol in orthodox academic research. Examples of clinically effective closed low-variability algorithms of diagnostics and therapy are provided.
