Abstract

A comparison of a number of traditional medical systems (TMS), such as traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Ayurveda, Jude-Shi, homeopathy and information medicine was carried out. These systems, on the one hand, differ in their origin, cultural and historical context, medical language, applied medicinal preparations and other «external» attributes, and, on the other hand, have an “obvious” commonality in the structural methods of diagnostics and therapy used.
In order to ensure maximum correctness, an analytical apparatus specially developed by the authors was used to identify the basic structural features of comparison of the systems under consideration, based on the previously introduced methodological division of the model of a complex biological system into the so-called «Platonic core» and its «observables». At the same time, the structural features of comparison themselves are assumed to be independent of the specific implementation of the TMS under consideration.
Using a system that includes 17 specially identified structural signs for TMS comparison, it is possible to show that they all have a single structure, both of the “Platonic core” and of its observables, implying a single model for describing the organism for all of them, namely, its description as a macroscopic quantum mechanical system. This, in turn, allows for a uniform systematization and ordering of both observed and states in various TMS.
