Ecological-pharmacognostic assessment of herb quality of five-lobed wasteberry herb growing in various urb- and agrobiocenoses of Voronezh region

The purpose of the study was to study the accumulation of biologically active substances in the grass of five-lobed puberty, collected in various agricultural and urbobiogeocenoses of the Voronezh region from the point of view of anthropogenic impact. As part of the study, 51 samples of five-lobed puberty grass collected in areas different from the point of view of anthropogenic influence, determined the content of flavonoids in terms of rutin, as well as extractive substances extracted by 70% alcohol. According to the results of our studies, all selected medicinal plant raw materials are considered benign according to this indicator. The content of extractive substances extracted by 70% alcohol does not meet the requirements of the pharmacopoeia article for two samples of five-lobed puberty grass - for samples prepared along A144 routes in the Anninsky district and M4 in the Pavlovsky district. The raw materials of the five-lobed dummy, collected in a number of agro- and urbobiogeocenoses of the Voronezh region, are distinguished by an increased content of flavonoids in terms of rutin, which is probably explained by the fact that the key enzyme for the synthesis of flavonoids - phenylalaninammiacliase - has a pronounced stress inducibility. However, near some manufacturing plants and along highways with high traffic intensity, we have taken samples with a flavonoid content reduced relative to other samples in terms of rutin. In the same samples, the lowest content of extractive substances extracted by 70% alcohol was noted, which suggests that with the excessive toxic influence of pollutants, it is also possible to suppress the secondary synthesis of metabolites in plants.
