Аннотация

Проведено информационно-аналитическое исследование спектра биологической активности, опыта традиционного применения и современных представлений о перспективах использования сангвинарии канадской (Sanguinaria Canadensis L.) в современной медико-фармацевтической практике. Показано, что накопленный этноботанический и этнофармакологический материал обусловил значительный интерес к экспериментальному и клиническому изучению сангвинарии со стороны отдельных исследователей и целых научных коллективов.
На основании анализа опубликованных результатов исследований показано противоопухолевое, противовоспалительное, противомикробное, противовирусное, противопаразитарное, антидиабетическое действие экстрактов корневищ и отдельных алкалоидов, выделенных из этого растения. Выявлены работы, описывающие механизмы действия сангвинарина и хелеритрина на раковую клетку, а также процессы, обусловливающие противоопухолевый эффект алкалоидов сангвинарии, их влияние на деятельность желудка и кишечника, сердца и сосудов, а также на резистентность к инсулину.
Таким образом, проведенное исследование позволило установить, что корневища сангвинарии могут являться перспективным источником современных отечественных лекарственных препаратов и/или фитонутриентов для создания БАД к пище и специализированных пищевых продуктов.
